Counselling takes place personally or via the ZOOM application, and after reserving an appointment and payment, you will automatically receive an invitation and confirmation of payment by e-mail.
Important information
Consulting takes place within the scope of the activity of MMT Consulting, s.r.o., which is not a medical facility. This company is authorized to provide consulting related to business and personal development, and education, as well as professional consulting services for applicants and those interested in employment and employment mediation for a fee. Advice is confidential within the limits determined by the laws of the Slovak Republic. In case you inform me that you have committed or are planning to commit a crime, I am obliged to report it to the competent authorities.
The length of cooperation is agreed upon orally and is flexible depending on your needs, or on the assessment of whether the form of work offered by me can be helpful for you. In the event that you are not or will not be satisfied with the progress or results of our mutual cooperation, it is important that you inform me about this in order to find a suitable solution with regard to your needs. You can end the consultation at any time, but I prefer a mutual agreement on termination.
The duration of one counselling session is 50 minutes. The class starts and ends at the agreed time. If you would be late for the start of class, I would appreciate it if you let me know how late you will be. In this case, it will not be possible to fulfil the entire length of the agreed meeting.
Payments for the advice provided
Payment for the provided advice is made by cashless transfer or payment by card in advance. The amount of the payment is indicated in the price list on the website www.ivanacergetova.sk. If you want to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must do so no later than 48 hours in advance (at any time, even during the weekend), either automatically via the sent booking form or by notification (SMS, phone call, e-mail). If you notify the cancellation or rescheduling of the agreed meeting later than 48 hours in advance (or you do not show up for the meeting), you will be charged 100% of the price of the missed meeting.
If the meeting is cancelled by me later than 48 hours before the agreed meeting, you do not pay for the next meeting. This period does not apply in case of illness or injury of both contracting parties.
By paying for the provided service, you confirm that you have understood and agree to the above text and to the processing of personal data in the scope of the name, surname, telephone number, and e-mail for the purposes of mutual communication.
