Therapy that doesn't stop at words.
Insight alone isn't enough. I work with the mind, the body and the nervous system – so the change you understand actually happens. Online or in person in Bratislava.

Therapy isn't only for crisis – it's for anyone who wants to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply.
75–80% of people who complete therapy experience significant improvement.Research also confirms that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions – and often more accessible. We can also meet in person in Bratislava.
Nine questions that actually belong here:
1. Is therapy for me, even if I don't have a "serious problem"? Yes. You don't need a diagnosis or to be in crisis. Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, or to move through a hard time with support. Most of my clients aren't "falling apart" – they simply feel they don't want to keep going the way they have been.
2. What happens in the first session, and what can I expect? The first session is about getting to know each other and letting you sense whether my way of working fits you. There's nothing to prepare – we can work in an exploratory way, or go straight to what brings you. You set the pace; we're in no rush.
3. Does online therapy work as well as in person? Yes. Research confirms that online therapy is as effective as in-person sessions – and many clients find it even safer, because they're in their own space. We can meet online via Zoom or in person in Bratislava.
4. How many sessions will I need? That can't be predicted in advance, and I won't promise "X sessions and you're done." Some people need short, focused work; others want a longer process. At the start we agree on a rough direction and adjust it as we go, based on what you need.
5. What if I don't know what to talk about? That's completely fine – and often it's exactly where we begin. You don't have to arrive with a prepared list. My role is to guide you through the silence and uncertainty too – not to wait for you to "perform."
6. What makes your approach different? I don't work with words alone. Understanding a problem and healing it aren't the same – patterns live in the body and the nervous system. That's why I combine conversation with body-based work, nervous-system regulation, attachment theory and NLP. It's grounded in 20 years of research and my own method, MBT®.
7. Is what we talk about confidential? Yes. Our sessions are confidential within the limits set by law and the ethical codes I follow. I'll explain the boundaries of confidentiality (such as an imminent risk to life) transparently, right at the start.
8. What's the difference between a psychologist, a coach and a therapist – and which are you? A good question, because it shapes your choice. I'm a psychologist, relationship therapist and NLP coach — depending on what you need, I move between support through difficulties and guidance toward growth. What matters most is that my way of working fits you; that's part of what the first session is for.
9. Who is therapy with you not suitable for? I'm not a crisis line or psychiatric care. If you're in acute danger or going through a psychiatric crisis, a different kind of professional help will serve you best – and I'll gladly point you to it. In an emergency, contact the 112 emergency line or a crisis helpline.
The first step is a conversation.
