1. Professional and ethical framework

In my work I voluntarily observe the ethical standards of Slovak and international professional organisations in the fields of psychology, coaching, facilitation and supervision. I maintain my professional competence on an ongoing basis, continue my training, and regularly review my work in professional supervision. 2. Nature of the services provided

Services are provided by MMT Consulting, s.r.o., which is not a healthcare facility. The work consists of advisory, consultative, coaching, supervisory and educational activity in the areas of relationships, communication, self-knowledge, and personal and professional development.

It does not constitute healthcare within the meaning of the Healthcare Act, nor clinical psychology, psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment. Should medical intervention be needed, I will refer you to an appropriate healthcare facility or specialist.

3. Forms of cooperation

The specific formats, their scope and prices are set out in the current price list at www.radipsychologicka.sk. The year-long Universe programmes are subject to the additional terms set out in point 9.

4. Duration and course of cooperation

For consultations, the duration of our work together is flexible and depends on your needs as well as on a professional assessment of whether the format I offer is likely to be helpful to you. At the outset we agree on an approximate number of sessions and adjust that agreement as the work develops.

You may end our cooperation at any time. I do, however, prefer a mutual agreement on ending, so that the process can be closed safely and reflected upon.

If you are not satisfied with how our work is going, it is important that you tell me. We can then look together for a more suitable way of working, or for a referral to another professional.

Year-long programmes operate differently — they are a closed cycle with a fixed structure and fixed dates. Details are set out in point 9.

5. Organisation of sessions

A session begins and ends at the agreed time. If you arrive late, the session still ends at the originally agreed time and its full length cannot be used. If you know you will be delayed, please let me know.

Sessions take place online (video call or telephone) or in person at Galvaniho 12, Bratislava – Ružinov, subject to availability and agreement.

For online sessions, you are responsible for a working connection and for the privacy of the space at your end. If a session cannot take place due to a technical obstacle on your side, it is deemed to have been provided.

6. Contact between sessions

My email and telephone are primarily for arranging and changing appointments and for brief organisational questions. I reply to messages during working hours as my schedule allows. I am not continuously available and I do not provide a crisis line or emergency service.

Purchased packages and year-long programmes include the option of brief contact between sessions, to the extent agreed at the start of our cooperation.

7. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or card, in advance. Prices are set out in the current price list at www.radipsychologicka.sk. All prices are final; MMT Consulting, s.r.o. is not a VAT payer.

A booking becomes binding only once payment has been credited. If payment is not credited within 48 hours of booking, the booking is automatically cancelled and the slot released.

For year-long programmes, payment in instalments is available under the terms stated for each programme.

Package validity is 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise for a given product. This period is set because prices, programme content and service availability change over time. I will notify you in good time before a package is due to expire.

Ending a package early: If you decide not to continue with a purchased package, the sessions already provided will be recalculated at the single-consultation price under the current price list and the remaining amount refunded to you within 14 days. The reduced per-session price applies to the package as a whole.

8. Cancellation or rescheduling

An agreed session must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance — via the booking system, by text message, by telephone or by email.

Late cancellation or non-attendance: 100% of the price of the session is charged. Where the session forms part of a package, the entitlement to it lapses.

Cancellation on my part: if I cancel a session less than 48 hours in advance (other than in cases of sudden illness, injury or another exceptional event), your next session is free of charge.

In cases of sudden illness, injury or another exceptional situation on either side, we will proceed on the basis of proportionality and mutual agreement.

9. Specific terms for year-long programmes

A programme is a closed annual cycle with fixed dates for group sessions, announced before the programme begins.

This follows from the nature of group work — the group works as a whole. If you are unable to attend, you will receive the materials from that session.

The programme begins with an initial consultation and a written definition of goals, and ends with a closing consultation.

if you end your participation, the services already provided are recalculated at current price list rates and the remaining amount refunded within 30 days. Where payment is being made in instalments, the obligation to pay the instalments covering services already provided remains.

10. Confidentiality and its limits

Our work together is confidential within the limits set by the law of the Slovak Republic and by professional ethical standards. The content of sessions is intended solely for you and me; it may be reflected upon anonymously in my own professional supervision, where no identifying details are shared.

I am obliged to break confidentiality if you inform me that you have committed or intend to commit a criminal offence; if there is an immediate risk of serious harm to you or to others; or where required by law or by a decision of a competent authority. In such cases I will — where possible and safe to do so — inform you of the steps being taken.

In group and couples formats, confidentiality also applies between participants. Sharing the content of sessions outside the group is not permitted.

Communication by email, telephone or video platform can never be one hundred per cent technically secure, although I take appropriate steps to protect your data.

11. Records and personal data

I keep only the records necessary for the work — brief process notes. I do not keep medical records or diagnostic records of the kind kept by a healthcare facility.

I process personal data solely for the purposes of communication, arranging sessions and invoicing. Details, including information on the technologies and AI-assisted tools used, can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Full professional responsibility for the content of the work rests with me personally; technological tools are strictly supporting.

12. Recording of sessions

Audio and video recording is not permitted without the prior express consent of both parties. If we agree to make a recording, we will also agree its scope, how it will be stored, how long it will be retained and how it will be deleted.

13. Crisis situations

I am not a crisis line or an emergency service and I cannot guarantee availability outside agreed appointments.

If you are in acute danger to your life or health, please contact the emergency number 112 or your nearest healthcare facility. These services have the capacity to handle urgent situations, which individual consultation cannot replace.

14. Feedback and complaints

If something arises in our work that you are not satisfied with, I encourage you to raise it directly with me — it is a valuable part of the process.

If you believe I have acted contrary to ethical principles, you may contact the relevant professional body. The procedure for raising defects in the service is governed by the General Terms and Conditions.

15. Acceptance of these terms

By booking an appointment and paying the price, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms of Cooperation, the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
