Change the pattern, not just understand it.

Sometimes you don't need to heal a wound – you need to move forward. NLP coaching is focused, structured work with limiting beliefs and behaviour patterns that helps you reach a concrete goal faster and with more ease.

From "I know I should" to "I'm already doing it".

How it works?

We define the goal  concretely

Not "I want to be happier," but a clear, measurable outcome you'll recognise when you reach it.

01

We surface the limiting belief

The "I can't," "I'm not the type," or "what will they think" that keeps you stuck.

02

We reframe and install a new strategy

Using NLP techniques we shift the inner pattern and build a concrete, repeatable approach.

03

We anchor it into real life

So the new response holds under pressure – at work, in a relationship, in a decision.

04

A capable person keeps postponing a promotion because they're "not ready yet." It isn't about skills – it's about a belief. Once we reframe that belief and replace it with a strategy, the application they'd put off for months is sent within a week.

Coaching looks forward. Therapy heals what hurts.

WHO IT'S FOR / WHEN THERAPY FITS BETTER ?

Career, decisions and professional moves

Self-confidence and self-presentation

Limiting beliefs that hold you back

Procrastination and feeling stuck before a change

A concrete goal you want to reach

Preparing for a hard situation or a presentation

When therapy fits better: NLP coaching is not treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma or psychiatric difficulties – and it promises no miracles. If there's deeper pain involved, we start with therapy; the advantage is that I hold both approaches under one roof and can point you the right way.

Six questions that actually belong here:

1. Is NLP "scientific," or is it more like magic? NLP is a set of practical tools for working with beliefs and patterns – no miracles. With me it's always grounded in psychology and used as one tool, not as a substitute for expertise.

2. What's the difference between coaching and therapy? Coaching looks forward – toward a goal, toward changing behaviour. Therapy heals what hurts and also works with the past. If there's deeper pain involved, we start with therapy.

3. How quickly will I see results? NLP coaching tends to be focused and shorter than therapy – with a concrete goal, change often shows within a few sessions. I won't guarantee a number, though; it depends on the theme.

4. What topics is it suited for? Career and decisions, self-confidence, limiting beliefs, procrastination, preparing for a hard situation or a presentation.

5. When is NLP coaching not enough? It's not treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma or psychiatric difficulties. If those are present, I'll point you toward therapy – the advantage is that I hold both approaches under one roof.

6. Does it work online too? Yes, NLP coaching works online or in person with the same effect.

You know where you want to be. Let's get there.
