Team Supervision. Online. Once a Month.

No travel. No disruption to your services. No searching for a date that works for everyone across the country. Twenty years of professional experience, a clear structure, and invoicing directly to your organisation.

Individual Supervision

Individual supervision provides a tailored space for your unique needs. It offers deep reflection, personal support, and customized solutions to help you navigate challenges and enhance your professional skills.

Group Supervision

Group supervision creates a dynamic environment for sharing experiences, learning from peers, and gaining diverse perspectives. It offers support and inspiration for overcoming challenges as a team or workgroup.

Intervision

Intervision is a collaborative approach to support and exchange. It allows professionals to discuss challenges, share experiences, and find solutions through mutual collaboration and peer learning.

People in helping professions do not leave only because of salary.

They leave because they have nowhere to process difficult cases. A professional who carries family crises, aggression, poverty or end-of-life situations week after week without a space for professional reflection does not burn out overnight—they burn out quietly and often leave at the moment they are hardest to replace.

Supervision is one of the most effective ways an organisation can support its staff. Replacing one experienced professional often costs more than providing a full year of supervision for an eight-person team.

WHO IS IT FOR ?

Social Care Services

Social workers, care workers and other helping professionals. Supervision as part of your annual professional development plan and quality management system.

Counselling and Prevention Centres, Schools

School psychologists, special education teachers, school counsellors and multidisciplinary school support teams.

Therapy and Coaching Teams

Private practices, mental health centres, HR departments and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs) seeking regular external professional reflection.

WHAT YOUR ORGANISATION GAINS ?

Lower staff turnover and reduced risk of burnout.

Teams with space to process difficult cases remain more resilient.

Safe management of ethical dilemmas

Address ethical dilemmas proactively before they develop into complaints or incidents.

Documented supervision by a qualified supervisor

Documentation of completed supervision for annual professional development plans, quality assurance systems and regulatory inspections, provided by a supervisor registered with the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic.

Higher quality client care

A reflected case is managed differently. More thoughtfully, not just emotionally.

Stronger and more connected team

Group supervision creates a space where colleagues gain a deeper understanding of one another's professional practice.

Predictable budgeting

One annual budget item, one invoice and no travel expenses.

Supervision is not an expense for an individual employee. It is an investment in the wellbeing and effectiveness of the entire team.

WHY ONLINE ?

No Time Lost Travelling

Your team stays where they are, and the supervisor does not need to travel—saving both time and costs.

Include Every Workplace

Remote offices, outreach workers and satellite locations can all participate in the same supervision session.

Consistent Scheduling

Online meetings are less likely to be cancelled because of weather, travel disruptions or room availability.

Confidential Environment

A closed group with no recording. Only agreed action points are documented, never the confidential content of client cases.

Who Provides the Supervision

Ivana Čergeťová, PhDr., PhD., LL.M., MBA, PCIC

I am a psychologist, attachment-based therapist, NLP coach, and researcher with more than twenty years of professional experience. I have also spent several years in both national and international academia as a university lecturer.

I hold a PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology. My operational background includes Six Sigma, Project Management, Change Management, Process Improvement, Lean Management, and Quality Management Systems. I understand organisations from the inside – not only from the therapist's chair.

During the first decade of my career, I did not lead people as a coach – I led them as a manager. I held senior leadership positions including HR Manager, Branch Manager, and Operations Director, overseeing more than 250 employees across Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, and Romania. I understand what responsibility looks like in practice.

Today, I work with individuals, couples, groups, and multidisciplinary teams in the helping professions as well as in leadership and management. My work is informed by attachment theory, Polyvagal Theory, and contemporary interpersonal neuroscience – grounded in research rather than trends or slogans.

I adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Slovak Chamber of Psychologists and the Code of Ethics of the Slovak Psychotherapeutic Society. To maintain the highest professional standards, I participate in both professional supervision and personal therapy on a weekly basis.
