WHAT A PROGRAM IS ?
Unlike workshops, which are short and intense, programs work with what changes in you gradually. Each one has a clear structure, pace and guidance, so you have enough time for integration, regulation and a new way of functioning in everyday life.
They draw on attachment theory (Una McCluskey Model, UK), polyvagal theory (Stephen Porges, PVI US), NLP and the principles of cognitive-behavioural and process-oriented work. This is not esotericism – it is relational physics grounded in science.

Shared group sessions where you learn to see a relationship as a system — what pulls us together, what pushes us apart, and which micro-movements shift the whole orbit.
02 | Inner Constellation
Individual 1:1 sessions with the psychologist. Your personal star map — defences, fears, needs. This is where inner stability is built.
03 | Stellar Library
A private library of pre-recorded lessons and worksheets. You get the theory in advance, so sessions can focus on practice.

THE COSMIC BRIDGE
How do you become someone who brings both closeness and truth again?
In space, a stream of light — a stellar bridge — forms between two stars that come close enough. It survives only when both worlds cooperate. In psychology it is the space between two people that appears when they stop fighting and start approaching with curiosity — not by force, but through attention, honesty and the ability to listen.
When estrangement appears, it is usually not love that vanished — it is the bridge. The Cosmic Bridge is a year-long process in which you learn to rebuild it: as a system with its own dynamics and delicate architecture.

BINARY STAR SYSTEM
How do you restore closeness and trust in a relationship?
Binary systems are two separate stars so bound by gravity that their motion cannot be understood apart. Survival is decided not by their separateness but by their shared orbit. A relationship is a system: two bodies in one field — when one moves, the other's motion changes too.
The program combines Una McCluskey's approach (relational systems) and Paul Peluso's (trust and communication repair) with the orbital metaphor. A relationship is not fixed by wanting more love — it is fixed by understanding your system.

THE BIRTH OF ORBIT
How do you stay a couple when a family is being born?
An orbit forms only when two stars find a way to move together — even when their system expands by a new object. That is exactly what partners face when a child arrives: a third body with strong gravity appears, reshaping time, energy, closeness and boundaries.
After a child is born, many couples stop orbiting each other and start orbiting duties. The orbit is lost not because love vanished — but because the couple lost its own centre. This program teaches how to restore it without guilt, pressure or burnout.

Defined length, clear goal and outcome. Commitment and a stable pace of change. Group work is part of the program, not a standalone product.
When these formats blend, programs lose their power. That is why I work with therapy and programs separately — so each person gets exactly what they need.

Seven questions that actually belong here:
1. Are the programs online or in person? Both. Group sessions and full-day workshops are in person in Bratislava (or online by group agreement), while individual 1:1 sessions run online. The e-learning is available anytime.
2. What if I don't have a partner — can I join solo? Yes. The Cosmic Bridge is an individual program. Binary Star System and The Birth of Orbit are for couples — those you attend together with your partner.
3. Why is the exact price given only after a call? The price ranges from €1,390 to €3,290 depending on the program. First, in a short micro-call, we find whether — and which — program gives you the most value; only then does an exact price make sense.
4. What does the 30-minute consultation involve — does it commit me to anything? It's free and non-binding. We briefly go through your situation, I recommend the most suitable program and send you the exact price. You decide afterwards, without pressure.
5. When do programs start? Can I join anytime? The group part has fixed dates through the year (from March/April 2026). The preparation phase — e-learning and individual sessions — can start earlier, so you enter the group ready.
6. Do I need to complete Binary Star System before The Birth of Orbit? It's not required, but The Birth of Orbit often follows it — it works with subtler dynamics that open up only in the safety built by the earlier work.
7. What if I'm not ready for a year-long commitment? That's perfectly fine. A program is for those already ready for deeper work. If you're not there yet, a good first step is individual therapy or one of the workbooks.
